After 26 years in the real estate business, one of my biggest challenges has always been finding reliable, detail-oriented cleaners for pre-listing cleanings and move-out cleanings. After trying multiple companies and being disappointed time and time again, I eventually began doing the cleanings myself — and taught my girls how to clean with the same level of efficiency and attention to detail.

Now that Rachel is attending college locally and looking for more work, she wanted to continue doing the same high-quality cleaning she’s been helping Aaron and me with. That sparked the idea for a new business dedicated exclusively to vacant homes, condos, and townhomes prepping for market or transitioning between occupants.
